Mystery Shop Process
The Visit
Our trained in-person evaluator visits your facility with a scenario of needing the storage unit in the next few weeks. Each visit is audio recorded with your permission to you can hear your employee’s sales presentation from start to finish. Evaluators will request to view a unit while on premises if your employee does not offer to show one.
The Evaluation
The evaluator fills out a very detailed questionnaire regarding the exterior, interior, and sales presentation they are presented with while at the facility. Each evaluation form can be totally customized to meet your existing needs at no extra charge!
